“ Wow! What an amazing restaurant. I got the Lechon belly combo with garlic rice and longanisa and it was some of the best food I've had in a while. The pork skin was super crunchy and the meat was tender. Highly recommend subbing the white rice for garlic rice instead. I got lucky coming on a Sunday which is the one day when they serve donuts! They had a couple different flavors like ube, mango, and pandan. I got the ube donut and it was so much better than I expected. The donut itself was perfectly chewy and although there was more filling inside than I expected, it wasn't overly sweet at all! It was really nice and fluffy. ”

Their fried rolls are okay, but kids will like them a lot. There are a few tables inside where you can enjoy your meal. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. “ Drove a very long distance to try this out. I was inspired by the viral video from social media about this place and was craving crispy pork (lechon belly). I went on a Saturday after volunteering. Though the drive was long, it wasn't a long wait thankfully. It was kinda crowded inside. I ordered the Lechon Belly platter with a drink (I think I added a side & got extra sauces). I must say I was satisfied with my order. The drinks were fountain and hand-made; so I opted for the hand-made drink. Though I think the pork skin might have been too tough to crunch on on some parts, the dish itself was very flavorful and filling. I had decided to dine in to get a better experience to eat it fresh instead of waiting an hour later to get home to eat it. The staff was very nice and undersood that I was a new customer. They were very patient and informative. If I am around the area, I'd love to come back again to explore the menu better. Getting in can be a little confusing if you are driving but there is ample parking in the plaza. ”

“ I went back here a few weeks ago, and it's just as good as ever. But they added an Ube milkshake and let me tell you, don't walk, run. So creamy and nutty, absolutely delightful. I had my first ube cake at this store (which they bring from Gwenie's Pastries), and now I've had my first ube milkshake here. Obviously they are known for their pork belly with garlic rice (which is 11/10), but get those sweets too. ”

Tasty garlic rice. The sausage was very tasty. Finding a place with excellent Lechon is difficult. Why the meat dries out? This place has it down. Moist. Tasty. Delicious. Pork... We drive an hour to get here. There is an entree with everything. Lechon, sausage, garlic rice, fried egg, veggies. Outstanding dish. If you like pork. Come here. You will not be disappointed. Small space. Seating tight. Room for 18 or so. You walk in. Look up for the menu. Order. Always busy. Always packed. Always delicious... ”

“ A hidden gem in a strip mall. The Lechon Kawali is outstanding. Tip: substitute Garlic Fried Rice for the White Rice. You order at a counter and there is limited seating (because the restaurant is quite popular and crowded). ”

“ I have been obsessed with Filipino food lately and was excited to try some of the items on Kuya Ja's menu. We were a party of 7. This was not the place for us as the dining area was tiny. They have a local following, and customers would come pick up orders. We waited for a while and placed two orders to accommodate for the space and to be able to eat comfortably. They were prompt in cleaning the tables. The food took a while. The best thing for us was the chicken adobo sandwiches, which were super flavorful, crispy, and juicy; the fries that came with it were perfect, too, made from scratch. The lumpia was ok. It was not crispy enough, and I couldn't really taste the filling. The wings were perfectly cooked, and the flavor wasn't for us. They have so many items I look forward to trying when I get back in the area. Will make sure to cakk ahead first. ”

“ Great spot for some philipino food, friendly staff, always happy to answer any question you have. The food is always delicious and fresh, and everything you order will be delicious, period. The lechon pork combo is my favorite. Make sure to switch the rice to the garlic rice as well as add a longanisa to your combo! Top it all off with a pork & shrimp lumpia. For the vegetarians out there, the vegetable lumpia and the egg plant and egg appetizer are delicious! The place is very small, no more than 15ish people can dine in, so ordering take out is probably your best bet. ”
